The Inaugural Committee was formed out of the office of Columbus City Councilmember Lourdes Barroso de Padilla in Fall 2022 to promote visibility, cultural awareness, and togetherness during LHHM in hopes to create lasting impact in the Greater Columbus community.

Woman Lourdes Barroso de Padilla and other allied organizations, is coming together to acknowledge and celebrate our contributions as the Latino Workforce in this nation. By registering, you will participate in a seminar focused on Workers’ Rights and Resources, aimed at recognizing, educating, advocating for, and empowering members of the Latino community. We will discuss workplace rights, resources, and deferred action for workers facing labor injustices, DALE. Join us!
